  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 medium scallions, chopped (whites and greens separated)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 4 tsp soy sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp Asian fish sauce (optional, or extra soy sauce)
  • Oil spray for cooking
