Homemade Ensaymada Bread Recipe

Ingredients

- 3¼ cups (400 g) all-purpose flour, sifted (plus extra for dusting)
- 7 g (1 packet) instant yeast
- 4 tbsp (50 g) granulated sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup (60 ml) warm milk
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) warm water (about 60°C / 140°F)
- 3 tbsp (45 g) melted butter or margarine
